Another night of Champions League
To the names of Manchester City, PSG and Bayern Munich, we must add that of Real Madrid, which celebrated its one hundred and twenty-second birthday with a new qualification to a final phase of the UEFA Champions League.
After a very tough match against Leipzig of Germany, Real Madrid advanced to the stage in the most important club tournament in the world. An outstanding performance by Tony Kroos added to a genius by Jude Bellingham and a beautiful finish by Vinicius Jr. were enough for the team from the Spanish capital to stay alive in the competition.

What everyone thought would be a rout and pure formality for Real Madrid ended up being probably one of the toughest round of 16 ties in the Champions League for the Merengue club. A first half to be forgotten and a second half that was more than correct, so that in the end, although asking for time, the classification was consummated.
Antonio Rudiger and Tony Kroos stand out, two strongholds of the team, leaders on the field and confident in their roles. Bad approach from Carlo Ancelotti from the start, playing with only one forward and leaving Vinicius Jr. very alone and Jude Bellingham with only one player ahead.
In the end it is always better to correct by winning and after a beautiful birthday, Real Madrid can say that they are already in the UEFA quarterfinals.
