These Terms and Conditions will come into effect from the date indicated above and will replace previous versions from their entry into force, without prejudice to acquired rights and conditions applicable to services contracted previously where appropriate.

Rules and conditions of use of the platform

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered byIF7SPORTS S.L., limited liability company withNIF B16471724and registered office at Calle Santa María, 24, 2.º D, 28014 Madrid, Spain.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, IF7SPORTS S.L. may be referred to interchangeably“IF7SPORTS”, “the company”the“the platform”.

For any questions, issues, or complaints related to the services, the user can contact IF7SPORTS via emailinfo@if7sports.comand through other official customer service channels enabled by the company.

General operation of the service

The sports and field rental sector is subject to last-minute unforeseen events beyond the control ofIF7SPORTSSometimes, the owners or managers of the fields can cancel a booking even on the day of the event, which can lead to the cancellation of a match for reasons beyond the platform’s control.

Although fromIF7SPORTSWe are constantly working to minimize these situations. By signing up for a match, the user accepts this condition and agrees to keep notifications and email associated with their account active, as these are the official channels through whichIF7SPORTSwill communicate any changes, incidents, or cancellations.

A) Events

Terms commonly used inIF7SPORTS:

Event:

Any match organized through the application is considered an event.IF7SPORTS, with a previously established date, time and location, in whichIF7SPORTSIt acts as organizer and supplier of the necessary materials for its development, including balls, bibs and other required sports equipment.

The event is scheduled to last one (1) hour, which includes the initial organization time, which may vary between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes. This time will depend exclusively on the punctuality and attendance of all the players summoned.

Prices:

All prices shown in the app include the**Value Added Tax (VAT)**and any other applicable taxes. The amount visible to the user corresponds to the final price to be paid.

Organizer:

Authorized MemberIF7SPORTSResponsible for coordinating and supervising on-field events. Their role includes verifying player attendance, organizing teams, managing assigned sports equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations, punctuality, and rules of conduct.

User:

Natural personover eighteen (18) years oldwho registers on the IF7SPORTS Application, creates a personal account and uses the services offered by the platform, whether to book individual places, purchase vouchers, make purchases, participate in sporting events or use any of the available functionalities.

The user accepts these Terms and Conditions from the moment of registration and will be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the information provided.

IF7SPORTS may request, when there are reasonable doubts about compliance with the minimum age requirement, the information or documentation strictly necessary to verify the user’s age, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Profile picture:

For security reasons and proper identification at in-person events, it is mandatory to have a clear, front-facing profile picture to keep the account active.

Access to event history and profile creation:

Upon registering on the application, each user obtains a personal profile where their history of participation in events is stored, including matches played, dates, results, behavior and sports performance.
The profile allows the user to view their statistics, track their progress, and access information about their level within the community.IF7SPORTS.

This history, as well as access to statistics, may change over time.IF7SPORTSThe right is reserved to modify parameters such as levels, history, access level, and other functionalities.

Statistics:

Statistics are the data collected by the platform on user performance in events organized byIF7SPORTS.
Key indicators include:

• Total number of games played
• Team match results (wins, draws, or losses)
• In daily matches andPROGoalkeepers will receive an individual score for goals conceded.
• Only in PRO matches, the players will get rindividual result of goals scored(for all users who are NOT goalkeepers).
• MVP nominations and MVP wins
• Assessments of attitude and sports behavior

These statistics are updated periodically and may be displayed in full or in part on the user’s profile, depending on the privacy settings and internal policies of the platform.

Level:

The level represents the overall assessment of the user’s athletic performance within the system.IF7SPORTS.

It is calculated at the end of an event based on various factors, such as:

• Results obtained in the events (wins, draws or losses).
• Attitude and behavior on the field (fair play assessment).
• The average level of both teams.
• Goals scored (PRO Events) and goals conceded for the goalkeeper position (Daily and PRO Events)
• Rank assigned by the organizer.
• The level and statistics are used as a reference to assign balanced matches and determine access to more demanding events, such as thePRO Events.
• The user’s assigned level may be reviewed and adjusted, either upwards or downwards, when IF7SPORTS determines, based on observed performance in matches, that said level does not reflect their actual athletic ability. Consequently, access to certain categories or events, including PRO Events, may be modified when the level displayed on the field is insufficient to maintain that classification.

Daily Events:

These are events held every day of the year in different fields and at different times.
These events include match equipment such as balls, bibs, and a pump. They also include access to a personal profile where you can view your event history, results, skill level, and statistics.

Services in this modality:

• Access to event history and profile creation
• Statistics and level. Losses, wins, or draws will be counted.
• Petos
• Balls in good condition
• Field reservation
• Organizer
• Medium

PRO Events:

Pro Events are the highest level within the matches organized byIF7SPORTSDesigned for the most committed, technical, and competitive players.

Requirements to enter a Pro Event

• Level 51 (Competitive) or higher for players and Level 31 or higher for goalkeepers
• Attitude 3 or higher for player.
• Minimum 5 games played in the app for players and minimum 1 game for goalkeepers.

Player performance and commitment will be reassessed periodically. If their level drops, they may lose access to Pro events.

Additional services in this modality

• Statistics and level. Losses, wins, draws, and other results will be recorded.individual goals.
• Pre-game lineup
• Numbered bibs
• Balls in excellent condition
• Filter by level, to make the match as balanced as possible.
• Some PRO events may includerecordings, photographs and/or interviewscarried out during or at the end of the game.

Important: In this type of matchAdding friends is not allowed.

LEVEL UP matches:

Level UP matches are special events where organizers can assess and reassess the sporting level of the participating players.

This evaluation will be carried out taking into account, among other criteria, technical skills, performance in the game, attitude, fair play, respect for the rules and those factors that allow determining if a player can be considered suitable for a PRO level or for other levels available on the platform.

Once the event is over, the organizer can submit a report to the Sportsmanship area, which will analyze the information and, if deemed appropriate, adjust the user’s level within the platform.

Level adjustments may result in either promotion or demotion, depending on performance. These decisions will be technical and discretionary, and will be made to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and a positive gaming experience for all users.

**Important:**It is important to note that attending a Level Up match does not guarantee immediate access to PRO matches, as all the requirements generally described in these terms must be met.

Competition Format – IF7KING LEAGUE:

The IF7KING LEAGUE brings together different competition formats designed to offer dynamic, competitive and high-level experiences within amateur football.
Among its modalities, the following stand out:**King of the Track, The Playoffs and the Playoffs – World Cup Edition,**All of them with the same objective: to promote sportsmanship, team strategy and healthy competition.

In these events, the teams will consist of nine(9)players and will play short matches —between ten (10) and fifteen (15) minutes— under all-against-all or direct elimination systems, according to the specific format of each edition.

Participation in any of these modes involves the accumulation of official statistics, which include goals, assists, wins, losses, and individual performance, all of which will form part of each player’s history within the community.IF7SPORTS.

All competitions will include video and photography sessions, as well as awards for champions, runners-up, top scorers, MVP, and goalkeepers with the fewest goals conceded.

A.1 Early registration for events

To ensure proper organization, users must sign up for the matches.at least twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours in advance, it is preferable to do it with more time.

Waiting list:

If an event is full, users can sign up using the “Notify me” or “Add me to the waitlist” option.

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee priority participation. If a player arrives at the field without being called up, they will only be able to participate if one of the confirmed players is absent.

A.2 Confirmation of the event and attendance

Mandatory pre-match check

It is mandatory to check notifications and email, event comments and the participant list at least one (1) hour before the start of the event.

The match will take place if at least sixty (60 minutesBefore the start, there are twelve (12) Players confirmed with a green check mark (✓ green).

Users with a question mark**(?)are considerednot confirmed** and they do not countfor the minimum.

Withdrawing from an event / early cancellation of attendance at an event

With more than 24 hours’ notice:

The user will be able to cancel their participation in an event for which they are confirmedup to 24 hours beforefrom the beginning of it.After that period, it will not be possible to cancel without a substitute.

Within 24 hours prior to the start of a match:

Users who wish to cancel an event at short notice have the option to request a change so that someone else can take their place by following these steps:

1. Access the event where they are confirmed.
2. Click on their profile within the event.
3. Select the “Request a change” option in the player menu.

Conditions for deletion within 24 hours prior / change request:

• The change request will only be visible to other users once the event is complete.
• If the user has friends registered for the event, they can only request the change on behalf of those friends. Once they have been replaced, they can request the change for themselves.
• If you are replaced by another player, the immediate refund policy will be applied to your virtual wallet.
• If no substitute is found, the user must attend the event. Failure to attend will result in the application of the absence policy.
• The change request may be cancelled as long as the user has not yet been replaced.

Icons associated with the request:

• 🟠 Request visible: the event is full and the spot is available to be filled by another user.

• ⚪️ Request on hold: the event is not yet full and the request is not active

A.3 Punctuality and meeting point

Participants must arrive at the meeting point with enough time for the match to start on schedule. It is recommended to arrive between [time range missing in original text].ten (10) and fifteen (15) minutes beforeto change, organize the equipment, warm up and confirm attendance and, where applicable, payment to the organizer.

Once IF7SPORTS has made available to the participants the field, the organization and the necessary means for the celebration of the match at the scheduled time, any delay in the start caused exclusively by the late arrival of one or more players will not be attributable to IF7SPORTS.

In these cases, the reduction of effective playing time is due to the lateness of other participants.will not give the right to a full or partial refundof the amount paid.

This provision will not apply when the delay or reduction of playing time is due to circumstances attributable to IF7SPORTS, the organizer designated by IF7SPORTS, the course booking management, or any other incident under the responsibility of IF7SPORTS. These situations are specifically regulated in thesection (F) of these Terms and Conditions.

We reward your punctuality

• Each player who arrives at least ten (10) minutes early will get 1 punctuality point.
• The point is recorded using a QR code provided by the organizer on the field.
• If several consecutive matches are played on the same day, only one punctuality point will be counted for the first one.
• Accumulation of points: Upon reaching 20 points for punctuality or for MVP votes, five euros (€5) will be automatically credited to the user’s wallet for future bookings.

Commitment

With the aim of ensuring the punctual start of the matches and avoiding harm to the other participants, users agree to arrive at the meeting with sufficient time to be available at the scheduled start time.

An arrival will be considered late if it occursfifteen (15) minutes or moreafter the official start time of the match, provided that the delay is attributable to the user.

Consequences of late arrivals

Punctuality from all participants is essential to ensure that matches can start on time and that all players enjoy their contracted playing time.

When late arrivals occur, IF7SPORTS will apply the following measures:

• **Late arrival:**Economic penaltyof (€1)

Late arrivals must be recorded by the organizer or through the control mechanisms enabled by IF7SPORTS.

No penalty will be applied when the delay results from a change of schedule or location made by IF7SPORTS, an incident related to the field or the organization, a duly justified cause of force majeure or any other circumstance that cannot reasonably be attributed to the user.

These measures are intended to promote punctuality, protect the other participants and ensure the proper functioning of the matches, and do not constitute an additional source of income for IF7SPORTS.

A.4 Required Clothing

All players must come with the appropriate equipment:

• Red and blue t-shirt (one of each color)
• Boots suitable for the field where you have aimed (short studs/micro studs/smooth)
• Shorts
• Football socks
• Shin guards (recommended)

A.5 Cancellation and changes to events

An event may be cancelled if:

1. The minimum number of players is not reached
2. Extreme weather conditions (red alert issued by the government)
3. Course managers cancel reservations due to issues with maintenance, lighting, or reasons beyond their control.IF7SPORTS.

It is important that users keep application notifications enabled, as well as having an email address in use and checked frequently.Any cancellations or modifications to the events will be communicated through these channels.

In case of event cancellation:

• IF7SPORTS will be able to offer the user alternative events in similar locations and times.
• The amount corresponding to the cancelled event will initially be refunded to the user’s virtual wallet, allowing them to use it immediately to make another booking.
• The user may request, instead of the balance in the wallet, a refund of the amount actually paid through the original means of payment or, when this is not technically possible, through another means agreed with the user.
• This refund will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal, but a return of the amount corresponding to a service that has ultimately not been provided.
• When the booking has been paid for in full or in part using promotional balance, loyalty points or other benefits granted free of charge by IF7SPORTS, these amounts are managed in accordance with the specific conditions applicable to that type of balance and will not be automatically converted into cash.

Weather conditions

The events will proceed as normal regardless of rain or heat.moderateThey will only be suspended when there isOfficial red weather alert, thunderstormor any other circumstance that mayjeopardize safetyof the participants.

In the event of the matchnot be suspendedand a user decidesnot attending by personal decisionNo refunds will be issued.

If a match is cancelled by the organizers, users will be informed as soon as reasonably possible via notification and email, bearing in mind that certain incidents may occur even within the hour prior to the start of the event, and thecorresponding refund to the virtual walletfrom the user.

B) Policy Against Violence, Discrimination and Inappropriate Conduct

IF7SPORTSIt promotes a sporting environment based on respect, inclusion, and fair play. Any form ofphysical or verbal violence, as well as acts ofdiscrimination, harassment or disrespectThese actions are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties and suspension.

B.1 General prohibited conduct during the event

These are considered violationsgraves, and which may be grounds for immediate expulsion and/or partial or permanent account suspension:

• To physically or verbally assault other players, organizers, or spectators.
• Spitting or committing violent acts.
• Using offensive, discriminatory or threatening language based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or any other personal condition.
• Making intimidating, provocative gestures or behaviors, or mocking others.
• Intentionally damaging facilities, sports equipment or other people’s property.
• The use of the function is prohibited.**“Add a friend”**in order to allow participation in an event by a person whose account has been suspended, restricted or blocked by IF7SPORTS.
• Fraudulent use of payment disputes with banking entities.

B.2 In the sports facilities or center:

Conduct

Smoking tobacco or consuming any type of illicit substances is strictly prohibited within the sports facilities used for events.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the event and possible suspension of the offending user’s account.

Forgotten objects

ANDThe user has theduty to take care of their personal belongings, sports equipment and clothing. IF7SPORTS **is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.**during the development of the events or at the end of them.

B.2.1 Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances

For safety reasons, participation in events organized by IF7SPORTS is prohibited when the user is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or any other substance that may significantly affect their physical abilities, coordination, behavior or ability to participate safely.

When the organizer or authorized IF7SPORTS personnel observe objective signs that reasonably suggest that a user’s participation may pose a risk to themselves, other players, staff, or facilities, they may temporarily prevent their participation in the event.

The decision must be made taking into account safety and proportionality criteria and will not in itself imply a medical assessment of the user’s condition.

When the situation arises from conduct attributable to the user, the inability to participate will not automatically generate a right to a refund, without prejudice to the rights that legally correspond in each case.

B.2.2 Powers of the organizer during the events

The organizers appointed by IF7SPORTS will have the authority to take the necessary measures to ensure safety, the proper development of the event, and compliance with the rules of conduct.

Among other actions, they will be able to:

• verify the identity and attendance of the participants;
• organize and distribute the equipment;
• control the sports equipment;
• to remember and enforce the rules of conduct and safety;
• warn participants about inappropriate behavior;
• temporarily interrupt the game when there is a risk situation;
• to prevent or terminate a user’s participation when their conduct poses a reasonable risk to other participants, staff, facilities, or the proper development of the event;
• Report any incidents to the relevant department of IF7SPORTS for further review.

Decisions made at the time of the event will be operational and may be subsequently reviewed by IF7SPORTS when the user makes the corresponding allegations.

B.3 Sanctions and/or penalties

The penalties will be applied in proportion to the seriousness of the offense and may include:

Procedure

The incidents will be evaluated by theIF7SPORTS Disciplinary Committee, who will analyze the facts and apply the corresponding sanction.

The user may submit allegations by email toinfo@if7sports.comwithin a maximum period of forty-eight (48 hoursfrom the notification of the sanction.

Commitment

By participating in the events, the user agrees to behave in accordance with the principles ofrespect, equality and fair play, and acknowledges that any non-compliance may result in disciplinary sanctions in accordance with this policy.

Contact customer support once the suspension period has ended to request unlocking.

Requirements to unlock account

In the event that a user has been suspended or is involved in an incident related to verbal violence that has resulted in a warning,IF7SPORTSmay require, as an exceptional verification and security measure, the incorporation of aclearly identifiable profile picture, as well as thesubmission of a copy of your ID card or passport, as a condition for access, reactivation or continued use of the platform.

This documentation will be requestedexclusively for the purpose of verifying the identity of the account holder and ensuring the security of in-person eventsThe documents providedThey will not be used for other purposesand they will beremoved once the verification process is complete, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

Data

In the event of a serious breach of our rules,IF7SPORTSwill retain identifiers

Encrypted personal data (such as email address or phone number) will be stored for a maximum of three years, solely to prevent the same user from registering again. This is in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

Creating multiple accounts, evading sanctions and financial penalties

In the event that a user has been permanently suspended or blocked, it is strictly forbidden to create new accounts, use third-party data, different email addresses, alternative telephone numbers or any other means intended to circumvent said sanction and regain access to the platform.

The detection of such conduct may result in the immediate and permanent blocking of associated accounts. Balances, reserves, bonuses, and benefits linked to these accounts will be managed according to their nature, as established in these Terms and Conditions, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Promotional benefits obtained fraudulently may be cancelled, without this automatically implying the loss of amounts actually paid by the user or the refund rights that legally correspond to him.

Additionally, when such conduct causes demonstrable economic harm to IF7SPORTS, the company may claim the corresponding damages in accordance with applicable regulations.

The company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases where fraudulent, repeated or abusive use of the platform is found, as well as identity theft or deliberate breach of these Terms and Conditions.

B.4 Use of sports equipment

IF7SPORTSIt provides balls, bibs, pumps, and other sports equipment for exclusive use at organized events. Additionally, sports apparel is available for purchase; please inquire with the organizer.

• The user agrees to take care of the material provided byIF7SPORTSfor the proper development of the sporting event, and must assume the associated cost for loss or damage.

• Misuse of the provided clothing (e.g., intentionally tearing a bib) will result in a financial penalty corresponding to the value of the damage to the material or installation and the permanent suspension of the account.

• Intentionally throwing a ball out of bounds as a result of inappropriate or aggressive behavior will incur a penalty of five euros (€5). The user will also be responsible for retrieving it. If the ball cannot be retrieved, the penalty will be ten euros (€10).

• Throwing a ball out of bounds before the start of the match (warm-up) implies responsibility for retrieving it. If the ball cannot be retrieved, the user will be charged a penalty of ten euros (€10).

B.5 Account Usage

• **Accounts and bonuses are personal and non-transferable.**They are intended exclusively for the use of the registered user.
• It is forbidden to give, share, or transfer bonuses to other people. Each profile must be verified with a clear and legible photograph that allows for player identification.
• If a user accumulates a debt on their account and creates a new account to avoid payment: One of the accounts will be canceled, the outstanding balance will be transferred to the original account, and an additional penalty will be applied. five euros (€5) for attempted escape.
• IF7SPORTSWe reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules of conduct and use.

Account deletion:

In the event of a serious breach of our rules,IF7SPORTSIt will retain encrypted identifiers (such as email or phone number) for a maximum of three years, solely for the purpose of preventing the same user from registering again.

B.5.1 Account Security and Use

The user will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their IF7SPORTS account access credentials and must take reasonable measures to prevent their use by third parties.

The account is personal and non-transferable. The user must not share their password, access code, or other authentication methods with third parties.

The user must inform IF7SPORTS as soon as possible when:

• suspect that a third party has accessed your account without authorization;
• detect transactions, reservations, or purchases that you do not recognize;
• consider that your credentials may have been compromised;
• lose access to the email address or phone number associated with the account.

IF7SPORTS may apply temporary security measures, including preventive account blocking or identity verification requests, when there are reasonable indications of unauthorized access, fraud, or risk to account security.

The user will be responsible for keeping their contact details up to date and for not deliberately providing false or inaccurate information.

B.6 Image and transmission rights

Participation in events may involve the taking of photographs or videos when this has been duly informed to the user.

The user accepts thecapture and disseminationof images and video at events (photography, live broadcasting) for informational and promotional purposes ofIF7SPORTSFor individualized commercial uses, specific consent will be obtained. For more information, please see thePrivacy Policy.

The user may object at any time to the use of their image for promotional purposes by sending a request to info@if7sports.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

B.7 User-generated content and use of the Application

User-generated content

IF7SPORTS may allow users to enter, publish, share or send certain content through the Application, including, but not limited to, profile pictures, pictures related to matches or events, comments, messages, ratings, results, information associated with matches and communications made through the functionalities enabled on the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all content uploaded by a user to the Application will be consideredUser-Generated Content (UGC).

Users will only be able to use the functionalities and formats expressly enabled at any given time by IF7SPORTS.

Responsibility for published content

Each user will be responsible for the content they publish, submit, or share through IF7SPORTS and declares that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to do so.

The publication of content may not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, privacy, data protection, honor, intimacy or image rights.

When a user publishes photographs, videos or other content in which identifiable people other than himself appear, he will be responsible for having the necessary authorization or legal basis for its publication and dissemination.

Photos and content from the matches

Users should exercise particular caution when posting photographs or any other content obtained during matches or activities organized through IF7SPORTS.

Participation in a match does not, in itself, imply authorization for any participant to freely publish images of other players.

When a person justifiably requests the removal of a photograph or content in which they appear identifiable, IF7SPORTS may review the publication and take the appropriate measures in accordance with applicable regulations.

Content moderation and removal

IF7SPORTS is not obligated to perform general and permanent monitoring of all content posted by users.

However, IF7SPORTS may review, limit the visibility of, block, or remove content when it becomes aware that:

• breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• may be illegal;
• infringes the rights of third parties;
• may negatively affect other users or the functioning of the community;
• may compromise the security or integrity of the platform; or
• is clearly inappropriate for the services offered by IF7SPORTS.

IF7SPORTS’ intervention in specific content does not imply that the company assumes a general obligation of supervision over all publications made on the Application.

Communication of inappropriate or illegal content

Users may report to IF7SPORTS the existence of content that they consider illegal, offensive, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms and Conditions through the customer service channels enabled by the company.

The communication must contain sufficient information to identify the reported content and explain, as far as possible, the reason why its review is requested.

IF7SPORTS will analyze the communications received and take the appropriate measures according to the circumstances of each case and the applicable legislation.

Use of content for the operation of IF7SPORTS

By posting content to IF7SPORTS’ public or shared features, the user grants IF7SPORTS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to the rights necessary to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display, and communicate such content within the Application and only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the services requested by the user.

This authorization will remain in effect as long as the content continues to be available on the platform or as long as it is necessary to retain it in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Publishing content in the Applicationdoes not automatically imply authorization to use said content for advertising or promotional purposes outside the platformWhen such use requires consent under applicable law, IF7SPORTS will request it separately.

Prohibited content

Users may not publish, transmit, share, or store content through IF7SPORTS that:

• is illegal or promotes illicit activities;
• contains threats, harassment, intimidation, serious insults or conduct aimed at harming other users;
• is discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or manifestly offensive;
• infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties;
• violates the privacy, intimacy, honor or self-image of other people;
• publish personal data of third parties without authorization or sufficient legal basis;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• contains deliberately false information intended to manipulate results, statistics, levels, rankings or other functionalities of IF7SPORTS;
• constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, unsolicited commercial solicitation, fraud or phishing;
• contains viruses, malware, malicious code or any element intended to alter, damage or interfere with the Application, its systems or the devices of other users; or

B.8 Prohibited technical use of the Application and IF7SPORTS systems

It is prohibited to use the Application, website, systems, servers, databases, interfaces or any technological infrastructure of IF7SPORTS in a fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized manner.

G.4 Sports facilities managed by third parties

The fields and sports facilities where the matches offered through IF7SPORTS take place are, in general, owned or managed by third parties independent of IF7SPORTS.

Unless expressly stated otherwise,IF7SPORTS does not own or directly manage these facilities and does not perform their maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair or technical management.

Consequently, the condition of the grass, playing surface, goals, changing rooms, lighting, access and other elements of the facility depend primarily on its owner or manager.

This classification has a characterinformative and guidanceand aims to provide the user with advance information on the expected field conditions.

The assessment may be based, among other elements, on inspections carried out by IF7SPORTS, information provided by the facility manager, experience of the organizing team, recorded incidents and user opinions.

Since IF7SPORTS does not directly control the maintenance of these facilities, their condition may vary between the time of the assessment and the holding of the match.

G.6Serious incidents at a facility

The classification of a facility does not limit the user’s rights when the actual conditions of the field objectively prevent the holding of the match or make it impossible to provide the service under the reasonably foreseeable conditions.

If IF7SPORTS has prior knowledge of a serious incident that could prevent or significantly compromise the holding of the match, it may take reasonable measures, including informing the participants, moving the match to another venue, modifying certain conditions, or cancelling the event when necessary.

G.7 Behaviors and conflicts among participants

Each user is responsible for their own behavior during matches and activities organized through IF7SPORTS.

IF7SPORTS will not be responsible for disputes, conflicts, insults, aggression, unsportsmanlike conduct or other acts directly attributable to the participants.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, IF7SPORTS may intervene when it becomes aware of conduct contrary to its rules of conduct and adopt the measures provided for in these Terms and Conditions, including warnings, restrictions or suspension of accounts.

G.8Information provided by users

IF7SPORTS does not necessarily guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or timeliness of information posted directly by other users, including comments, ratings, messages, results, or other User-Generated Content.

Each user should evaluate this information taking into account its origin and nature.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit IF7SPORTS’ liability in cases where such liability cannot be legally excluded or limited.

G.9 Physical condition and personal responsibility of the participant

The user must responsibly assess whether their physical and health condition allows them to participate safely in a sporting activity.

Participation in an event implies that the user believes they are in adequate physical condition to practice football and that they are not aware of any circumstances that would prevent them from performing this activity safely.

When the user becomes aware of an injury, limitation, medical contraindication or other circumstance that may significantly affect their ability to participate, they will be responsible for assessing whether they should refrain from carrying out the activity and, where appropriate, follow the advice of healthcare professionals.

This provision does not exclude or limit any legal responsibilities that may correspond to IF7SPORTS.

G.10 ​​Damage caused by users

The user will be liable for any direct damages caused intentionally or through negligence attributable to him or her:

The online store integrated into the appIF7SPORTSIt allows registered users to purchase sports products, accessories, and other items related to the practice of the events offered on the platform.

H.2 Available Products

All products available in the store are presented with a detailed description, including features, available sizes, final price (VAT included) and delivery or collection conditions.IF7SPORTSWe reserve the right to update the catalog, prices, and availability without prior notice. These changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

H.3 Purchasing Procedure

To make a purchase in the online store, the user must:

• Log in to the app with your personal account.
• Select the desired product.
• Confirm the purchase using the enabled payment system.
• Receive an order confirmation via email or in-app notification. The contract is considered concluded when the user receives the order confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by:

• Credit or debit card.
• Other methods enabled in the app.

Payments are processed through secure platforms.IF7SPORTSIt does not directly store the user’s bank details.

Delivery or collection

The products will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of1 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, through one of the following methods:

• **Free delivery to sports facilities:**By prior agreement with the user, the order may be delivered to an IF7SPORTS sports facility coinciding with their attendance at a match. If the organizer does not have sufficient stock at the scheduled delivery time, it may be rescheduled for another date.
• Pick up at office:located inPaseo de los Jesuitas 20B, 28011 Madridby prior arrangement between 9:00 and 18:00.
• **Home delivery:**In certain cases, the user may request home delivery of the order. In this case, they will assume all management, preparation, transport, and logistics costs associated with the shipment.

H.4 Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns

H.4.1. Right of withdrawal

The user may withdraw from the purchase, without needing to state the reason, within the period of14 calendar days from receipt or collection of the order, provided that it is legally applicable.

To exercise this right, you must unequivocally communicate your decision to IF7SPORTS throughinfo@if7sports.comor from the phone910 33 73 01indicating, at least, your name and the corresponding order number.

The user may use the withdrawal form template included at the end of these Terms and Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. Any clear communication expressing their intention to withdraw from the purchase will suffice.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the user must return the products to IF7SPORTS within a maximum period of14 calendar days from said communication, which can be done at the IF7SPORTS offices or, by prior arrangement, at the meeting point of one of their events.

H.4.2. Reimbursement

IF7SPORTS will refund the amounts paid for the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and, in any event, within the14 calendar days following the date on which you were informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the user expressly agrees to another method and provided that this does not generate additional costs for them.

IF7SPORTS may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the user provides sufficient proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

When the return is made in person at IF7SPORTS offices or at a previously agreed meeting point, the user will not assume return costs.

H.4.3. Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in good condition, accompanied by their labels and, where applicable, their original packaging or seal.

The user will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the products when this is a consequence of handling other than that necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for its verification, IF7SPORTS may deduct the corresponding loss of value from the amount to be refunded.

H.4.4. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised with respect to products that are included in any of the legally provided exceptions.

In particular, it will not be possible to withdraw from:

• Products made to the user’s specifications or clearly customized, such as t-shirts, bibs or other personalized garments with name, number, text or other elements specifically selected by the customer, in accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with article 103.e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

In particular, thesocks and sports underwear that are delivered properly sealedThey may be returned as long as the seal remains intact and they have not been used. Once unsealed or used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

These exceptions to the right of withdrawal do not affect the rights of the user when the product has a defect, lack of conformity or error attributable to IF7SPORTS.

H.5 Warranty

Products marketed by IF7SPORTS will be subject to the legal guarantee and conformity regime provided for in consumer and user regulations.

IF7SPORTS will be liable to the user for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the legally established timeframes. When a product does not conform to the contract, the user may exercise their rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as applicable under the relevant regulations.

In particular, when there is an error in the requested model, quantity, color, size, customization or print, IF7SPORTS will take the necessary measures to bring the product into compliance at no cost to the user where applicable.

IF7SPORTS will manage each case individually, always seeking the greatest user satisfaction and compliance with their rights as a consumer.

• No returns are accepted for personalized products, in accordance with article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
• Damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear of the product is excluded from the warranty.

H.6 Purchases linked to promotions

Certain products or purchases made in the Online Store may grant the user participation in raffles or promotions organized by IF7SPORTS.

The existence of a promotion, the number of entries associated with each purchase and its conditions will be expressly indicated in each campaign and will be subject to the corresponding Legal Terms.

When a purchase that has generated entries is subsequently cancelled, voided or refunded, the entries associated with that purchase may also be cancelled in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Participating in a promotion does not limit the right of withdrawal or any other consumer rights. If you withdraw from a purchase, that purchase will no longer generate entries because the contract is void.

I) Benefits, promotions and loyalty programs

I.1 Benefits available to users

IF7SPORTS may offer its users certain benefits, promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, promotional codes, referral incentives and other advantages linked to the use of the Application or participation in its services.

The availability, amount, duration, requirements and conditions of each benefit may vary and will be communicated to the user in each case.

The existence of a specific benefit does not imply its indefinite maintenance nor does it generate the right to obtain equivalent benefits in future campaigns.

I.2 Referral Program

IF7SPORTS may have programs through which a user obtains a bonus for inviting a person who meets the established conditions.

When a referral program exists, the bonus will only be generated once the requirements communicated for that promotion have been met, including, where applicable, that the invited person is a new user and has completed their first valid participation.

Referral codes will be personal and may not be used fraudulently, through duplicate accounts, third-party data, or mechanisms designed to obtain bonuses artificially.

I.3 Points and loyalty program

IF7SPORTS may award points to users for certain actions, including punctuality, participation in Application features, sports recognitions, or other behaviors defined by the platform.

Once the established number of points is reached, IF7SPORTS may convert them into loyalty credit for use within the platform.

Currently, certain actions can generate points, including:

• arrival at least ten (10) minutes in advance and validation through the enabled system;
• participation in voting or rating functionalities enabled by IF7SPORTS.

The allocation, use, expiry and other conditions of the loyalty balance will be governed by the provisions of sectionJ) Wallet, balances, credits and rewards.

I.4 Welcome promotions to new fields

IF7SPORTS may offer promotions aimed at users who are participating for the first time in a specific sports field or facility.

These promotions are not necessarily limited to new IF7SPORTS users. A user who has previously participated at other courses may benefit from a promotion associated with a particular facility, provided they meet the stated conditions and have not previously participated in an IF7SPORTS event held at that course.

Eligibility will be determined based on the user’s participation history and not solely on the account from which the booking is made.

It will not be permitted to create or use additional accounts, different data, or third-party accounts to obtain a promotion again for which the user is no longer eligible.

I.5 Bonuses and credits associated with promotions

Amounts awarded through referral programs, points, promotional campaigns, discount codes or other free benefits will have the nature that corresponds according to section**J)**of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these benefits:

• will be personal;
• They will not be automatically convertible into cash;
• They may be subject to conditions of use, limits or expiry;
• They cannot be obtained through fraud, manipulation, or the creation of multiple accounts.

I.6 Modification or termination of benefits

IF7SPORTS may modify, replace, or terminate future promotions and benefit programs for commercial, technical, operational, legal, or security reasons.

The modifications will not retroactively affect validly acquired benefits when this is not legally appropriate.

The specific conditions of each promotion or program will prevail over the general rules of this section in those matters that they expressly regulate.

J) WALLET, BALANCES, CREDITS, REWARDS AND SUSPENSIONS

J.1 Nature and origin of the wallet balance

The IF7SPORTS wallet may reflect amounts of different types, including:

• **Balance recharged:**amounts paid directly by the user through the enabled payment methods.
• **Credit for voluntary cancellation:**amount corresponding to a previously paid reservation that has been returned to the wallet as a result of a cancellation or substitution requested by the user himself in accordance with the applicable conditions.
• **Balance resulting from cancellations or services not provided by IF7SPORTS:**amounts corresponding to services paid for by the user that have subsequently been cancelled by IF7SPORTS or have not been provided.
• **Compensation balance:**Additional credits granted by IF7SPORTS as a commercial courtesy or compensation for an incident.
• **Promotional balance:**Credits or bonuses granted free of charge by IF7SPORTS through campaigns, promotional codes, referrals, welcome promotions or other initiatives.
• **Loyalty balance:**Credits earned through participation in reward programs, including points for punctuality, sports awards, or other achievements defined by IF7SPORTS.

The nature of each balance will be determined by its origin and will not be modified by the mere fact of appearing together in the wallet.

The allocation of promotional, compensation or loyalty balance does not, in itself, imply the existence of a right to request its conversion into cash or its transfer to other users, unless the specific conditions of the benefit or the applicable legislation establish otherwise.

J.2 Conditions of use

The different types of balance may only be used in accordance with the conditions applicable to their origin.

Promotional, compensation and loyalty credits may be subject to limitations on use, authorized products or services, expiration dates and other restrictions previously communicated to the user.

Amounts actually contributed by the user or derived from services not provided will retain their economic nature, without prejudice to the terms of use of the wallet and the applicable regulations.

J.3 Balance from top-ups made by the user

The recharged balance is intended exclusively for the purchase of products and services offered by IF7SPORTS.

The user may exercise, where legally applicable, the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days following the recharge with respect to theremaining unused balance.

After this period, the balance will remain available for use at IF7SPORTS, but its withdrawal, conversion into cash or refund cannot be requested at the user’s sole discretion, unless there is a legal or contractual reason that generates the right to a refund.

When the user has used all or part of the balance to book an event, match, tournament or other service with a specific date or period of execution,the amount actually usedwill be bound to said service and will be governed by the cancellation, change and refund conditions applicable to it.

When a refund of a top-up or the legally applicable portion of the balance is due, IF7SPORTS may carry out any reasonable checks necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or issues related to the payment method. The refund will generally be issued,to the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless this is not technically possible or another means is agreed with the user.

J.4 Credit for voluntary cancellation by the user

When a user successfully cancels their participation in an event or is replaced through the functionalities enabled by IF7SPORTS, the corresponding amount may be refunded to the wallet as credit for future bookings when provided for in the applicable conditions.

This credit results from a cancellation requested by the user and does not necessarily constitute a refund through the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable regulations or specific conditions, said credit will remain available for use within IF7SPORTS.

J.5 Balance resulting from cancellations or services not provided by IF7SPORTS

When a user has paid for a booking and the event is subsequently cancelled by IF7SPORTS, or the contracted service is not provided due to a circumstance that generates the right to a refund, the corresponding amount may be initially credited to the wallet to allow its immediate use.

The user will, however, retain the rights of return that legally or contractually correspond to the amounts actually paid.

The fact that this amount is initially added to the wallet will not make it promotional balance.

J.6 Compensation balance

IF7SPORTS may voluntarily grant compensation credits for incidents, inconveniences or situations in which it considers it appropriate to offer commercial attention to the user.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of its granting, the compensation balance:

• It will only be usable within IF7SPORTS;
• It will not be refundable in cash;
• It will not be possible to withdraw to a bank account;
• It may be personal and non-transferable; and
• It may be subject to previously communicated conditions or validity period.

When the same incident results in both a refund and additional compensation, both concepts will be recorded separately.

J.7 Promotional and loyalty balance

Promotional and loyalty credits may only be used to purchase services and benefits expressly authorized by IF7SPORTS.

These credits may be subject to usage limitations, expiration dates, and other restrictions previously disclosed.

They will not be refundable in cash unless the specific conditions of the benefit or applicable regulations state otherwise.

J.8 Cancellation of reservations paid with different types of balance

When a reservation has been paid in full or in part using different types of balance, any refund due will be made taking into account the origin of each amount used.

Each amount will retain its original nature.

Therefore, the amounts actually paid by the user, promotional credits, loyalty credits and compensation must be identified separately.

J.9 Cancellation of reservations as a result of a suspension

When IF7SPORTS temporarily or permanently suspends an account for non-compliance with its rules of conduct, coexistence, security or these Terms and Conditions, it may cancel future bookings whose participation is incompatible with the suspension.

In these cases:

• Amounts actually paid by the user for services that have not been provided will be refunded when legally or contractually required.
• The free promotional credits used in these bookings will not be converted into cash.
• When the suspension is due to serious or repeated misconduct, IF7SPORTS may cancel any promotional benefits pending use, provided that such consequence was provided for in its terms and conditions and is proportionate to the infraction.
• In the case of temporary suspensions, legitimately obtained loyalty credits will generally remain associated with the account, without prejudice to the applicable validity and expiry conditions.

J.10 Withdrawal of benefits for fraud or serious breaches

IF7SPORTS may withdraw or invalidate promotional benefits obtained fraudulently, through system manipulation, creation of fictitious accounts, identity theft, or non-compliance with the specific conditions of a promotion.

Likewise, in the event of serious conduct that compromises the safety, integrity or coexistence of the community, IF7SPORTS may apply proportionate restrictions on the use of promotional benefits, when these consequences have been previously communicated.

The suspension or cancellation of an account does not automatically imply the loss of amounts actually paid by the user or of the refund rights that legally correspond to him.

J.11 Balance transfer between users

When IF7SPORTS enables this possibility, the holder will be able to request the total or partial transfer of certain balances to another IF7SPORTS account.

The transfer will be subject to the nature of the balance, its availability, and security checks.

IF7SPORTS may exclude from this possibility any promotional, compensation or loyalty balances that are of a personal nature.

J.12 Prolonged inactivity and account closure

The balance actually contributed by the user will not expire automatically due to mere inactivity of the account.

When an account remains inactive for an extended period, IF7SPORTS may contact the user and warn them of possible deactivation or operational closure.

Before proceeding to close an account with a monetary balance, a reasonable period will be granted for the user to access the account, use the balance, request a refund where applicable, or contact customer support.

The operational closure will not automatically result in the loss of amounts actually contributed by the user.

Promotional, compensation or loyalty balances may be subject to their own expiry conditions.

J.13 Recording and traceability of movements

IF7SPORTS may maintain separate records of user top-ups, promotional credits granted, loyalty rewards obtained and their corresponding uses, refunds, expiry dates or adjustments.

These records will allow us to identify the origin of each transaction and correctly apply the conditions that correspond to each type of balance.

J.14 Incident Review

If a user believes that a promotional benefit has been withdrawn, a reward cancelled, or a refund has been incorrectly applied, they can request a review through the support channels provided by IF7SPORTS.

IF7SPORTS will assess the circumstances of the case and inform the user of the decision made, without prejudice to their legal rights.

K) Draws, promotions and random combinations

K.1. Organization of raffles and promotions

IF7SPORTS may occasionally organize raffles, promotions, contests, campaigns or random combinations for advertising or promotional purposes related to its products, services, events, Application or Online Store.

Each promotion or sweepstakes will be subject to certain conditions.Specific Legal Bases, which will establish the specific conditions of participation, duration, territorial scope, requirements, system for obtaining entries, prizes, procedure for selecting winners, conditions for acceptance and delivery of prizes and other applicable aspects.

The Legal Terms and Conditions will be available to participants before or from the start of each promotion.

In case of contradiction between the provisions of this section and the Legal Bases of a specific promotion, the specific conditions established in said Bases with respect to that promotion will prevail.

K.2. Participation linked to purchases

Certain sweepstakes or promotions may award entries as a result of the purchase of products or services offered by IF7SPORTS, including purchases made through the Online Store or the App.

When so established, each purchase, product acquired or purchase amount may generate one or more entries, in accordance with the conditions set out in the corresponding Legal Bases.

The purchase of the product or service will not involve charging any additional amount specifically intended to acquire a participation in the draw.

The Legal Bases will determine which products, services or operations generate shares and, where applicable, the number of shares corresponding to each of them.

K.3. Participation Requirements

Those individuals who meet all the requirements established in the corresponding Legal Terms and Conditions may participate in each promotion.

IF7SPORTS may establish, among others, requirements relating to:

• minimum age;
• residence;
• registered user status;
• maintaining an active account;
• prior completion of certain activities within IF7SPORTS;
• acquisition of specific products or services;
• participation dates;
• compliance with certain conditions associated with the promotion.

The required conditions must be met at the times established in the Legal Bases and, where applicable, maintained until the final validation of the winner.

IF7SPORTS may verify compliance with these requirements before definitively confirming the awarding of a prize.

K.4. Ownership of shares

Unless the specific Legal Terms and Conditions expressly state otherwise, the entries obtained through a purchase made from an IF7SPORTS account will belong exclusively to theuser who owns said accountregardless of whether the means of payment used belongs to or is in the name of another person.

The shares will be personal and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to other users.

The fact that a third party has physically made the payment will not confer upon them the status of participant or any right over the shares obtained.

K.5. Validity and allocation of shares

Entries will only be valid when they have been obtained in accordance with the conditions established in the Legal Bases of the corresponding promotion.

IF7SPORTS will be able to verify:

• the existence and validity of purchases or transactions that generate shares;
• the participant’s identity;
• compliance with the participation requirements;
• the number of shares allocated;
• the absence of cancellations, returns, refunds or payment reversals.

Unless the Legal Terms and Conditions establish a specific limit, there may not be a maximum number of entries per user.

Before the draw takes place, IF7SPORTS may close and verify the final list of participants and valid entries.

If errors in allocation, duplications or other inconsistencies are detected before the draw takes place, IF7SPORTS may correct them and regenerate the list until it is guaranteed to correctly reflect the valid entries.

K.6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

When a purchase has generated entries and is subsequently cancelled, annulled, returned, refunded or rendered ineffective through the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the entries associated with that purchase may be cancelled.

When only part of an order is returned, only the entries corresponding to the returned products or services will be cancelled, unless the Legal Terms and Conditions justifiably establish another consequence.

The legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, warranty or any other legally recognized right of the consumer will not entail any penalty for the user.

The cancellation of the shares will only be a consequence of the operation that generated them having totally or partially ceased to produce effects.

K.7. Payment reversals, claims and chargebacks

Shares linked to a transaction whose payment has subsequently been cancelled, refunded, reversed or rendered ineffective by a payment claim, bank reversal or chargeback procedure may be cancelled.

In the event of a partial refund or reversal, only the shares corresponding to the affected part of the transaction will be removed.

The foregoing shall not limit the rights of the consumer when there is a legitimate claim related to defective products, errors in supply, breaches of contract or any other case protected by consumer regulations.

K.8. Prohibition of fraud or manipulation

It is prohibited to use mechanisms intended to obtain shares or advantages in an artificial, fraudulent or contrary manner to the conditions of the promotion.

Misuse will be considered to include, among other things:

• creating or using fictitious, duplicate, or additional accounts for fraudulent purposes;
• using personal data of third parties without authorization;
• make simulated purchases;
• making purchases with the purpose of generating entries and then cancelling or returning them abusively;
• manipulate the systems for allocating or selecting shares;
• use unauthorized automated systems;
• intentionally exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or system failures;
• coordinate with third parties in order to artificially alter the normal functioning of a promotion;
• providing false information;
• to carry out any action intended to circumvent the conditions or limits established in the Legal Bases.

IF7SPORTS may cancel the entries obtained through such practices, exclude the participant from the promotion or invalidate the winner status when, after the corresponding verification, a breach is found.

The measures taken will be proportionate to the irregularity detected.

K.9. Winner selection procedure

The winners will be selected using the procedure established in the Legal Terms and Conditions of each promotion.

When the promotion is random in nature, IF7SPORTS will use a procedure that ensures that all valid entries included in the same draw have the same chance of being selected.

IF7SPORTS may use computer tools that allow recording, verifying and preserving evidence of the procedure performed.

The Legal Bases will establish, where applicable:

• date and time or period of the draw;
• number of winners;
• selection method;
• order of awarding the prizes;
• verification mechanisms;
• applicable procedure when a winner is not valid;
• existence of substitutes or performance of new extractions.

K.10. Validation of the winner condition

The selection of an entry as a winner will be provisional until IF7SPORTS verifies that the user meets all the requirements established in the Legal Terms.

IF7SPORTS may request any information reasonably necessary to verify:

• the winner’s identity;
• account ownership;
• their residence, when it constitutes a requirement;
• the validity of the purchases or transactions that generated the shares;
• compliance with the remaining conditions of the promotion.

If the selected participant:

• does not meet the requirements;
• obtained his shares irregularly;
• cannot prove the required qualifications;
• provides false information;
• does not provide the information necessary to validate the award;
• expressly waives the prize; or
• does not accept it within the established timeframe,

will lose their status as winner and the replacement or new selection mechanism established in the Legal Bases will be followed.

K.11. Communication with the winners

The winners may be contacted through the means indicated in the Legal Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to:

• email;
• telephone;
• messages or notifications from the Application;
• other contact channels associated with the user’s account.

The user will be responsible for keeping the contact details linked to their IF7SPORTS account up to date and correct.

When it is not possible to contact a winner because they have provided false, incorrect or outdated information, and the period established in the Legal Terms and Conditions for accepting the prize has elapsed, they may lose their status as winner.

In that case, the procedure will be in accordance with the replacement or new selection system provided for in the Legal Bases.

K.12. Acceptance of the award

The winner must expressly accept the prize within the period established in the corresponding Legal Terms and Conditions.

IF7SPORTS may require that such acceptance be recorded by a means that allows its existence to be subsequently verified.

Acceptance of the prize may require the winner to provide the information necessary for:

• verify your identity and eligibility;
• manage the delivery or activation of the prize;
• comply with applicable tax or administrative obligations.

Failure to accept within the deadline, express resignation or non-compliance with the requirements will result in the loss of the right to the prize.

K.13. Awards

The prizes will be those expressly described in the Legal Terms and Conditions of each promotion.

The Terms and Conditions may establish, among other things:

• economic value;
• characteristics;
• duration;
• conditions of use;
• activation date;
• limitations;
• personal or transferable character;
• expiration date;
• delivery procedure.

Unless the Official Rules expressly state otherwise, the prizes will be personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner’s request.

When, due to objective reasons beyond IF7SPORTS’ control, it becomes impossible to deliver a prize under the initially planned conditions, IF7SPORTS may replace it with another prize of equivalent characteristics and equal or greater value, provided that this does not harm the winner.

K.14. Taxation of prizes

The prizes will be subject to the tax regulations in force at any given time.

IF7SPORTS will carry out, when legally required, the withholdings, payments on account, declarations or other tax obligations arising from the delivery of the prizes.

When necessary to fulfill these obligations, the winner must provide IF7SPORTS with the necessary tax and identification information.

The Legal Terms and Conditions of each promotion may include additional information regarding the tax treatment of the prize.

K.15. Data protection

The personal data necessary to manage a promotion may be processed for the purpose of:

• verify the participation requirements;
• check purchases or transactions;
• allocate shares;
• to conduct the draw;
• validate the winners;
• communicate the results;
• manage the acceptance and delivery of the awards;
• fulfill legal, administrative or tax obligations.

K.16. Technical incidents, errors and force majeure

When a technical incident, material error, system failure, interruption of communications, force majeure or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of IF7SPORTS may substantially affect the correct allocation of entries or the development of a draw, IF7SPORTS may take the measures reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the promotion.

These measures may include:

• error correction;
• Regeneration of the list of participants before the draw;
• repetition of an affected extraction;
• temporary interruption of the draw;
• continuation of the draw once operations have been restored;
• postponement to a new date.

If an incident occurs during a draw and a previously made selection can be proven valid, that selection may be maintained and the draw will continue subsequently with the pending extractions.

When it is not possible to continue or guarantee the integrity of the procedure, a new date for the event may be set, which will be communicated to the participants.

Any relevant changes will be communicated through the channels used for promotion.

K.17. Third-party platforms

Sweepstakes or promotions may be announced, communicated or broadcast through third-party platforms, including social media, video platforms or other digital services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer or are associated with the promotions organized by IF7SPORTS.

The use of these platforms will also be subject to the conditions specific to each service.

K.18. Relationship with the Online Store

When a promotion is linked to purchases made in the IF7SPORTS Online Store or App, the conditions relating to purchase, payment, delivery, collection, returns, guarantees and withdrawal will also be governed by the corresponding section of these Terms and Conditions.

Where legally applicable, certain products customized or made to the user’s specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Likewise, certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed, where legally applicable.

K.19. Specific Legal Bases

Each promotion will have its own Legal Terms and Conditions, which may regulate, among other aspects:

• organizing entity;
• promotion name;
• territorial scope;
• start and end dates;
• participation requirements;
• participating products or services;
• system for obtaining and number of shares;
• limitations;
• closing of the list of participants;
• description and value of the prizes;
• selection procedure;
• public broadcast of the draw;
• winner validation.

L) General Provisions

L.1 Modification of the Terms and Conditions

IF7SPORTS may update or modify these Terms and Conditions when there is a justified cause, including legal, regulatory, technical, operational, security reasons, changes in the functionalities of the Application or modifications in the services offered.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be permanently available through IF7SPORTS’ official channels and will indicate its last update date.

IF7SPORTS will inform users of any modifications that affect their rights, obligations, economic conditions, use of services, substantial operation of the Application or any other relevant condition of the contractual relationship.

This communication will be carried out in a clear and understandable manner via email, notification in the Application or other appropriate means that allows the user to be informed.

When the nature or effects of the modification so require in accordance with applicable regulations, the communication will be made withreasonable advance noticeupon its entry into force and through a durable medium.

Merely formal modifications, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the material content of the conditions or changes that do not affect the rights or obligations of users may be incorporated directly into the published version, indicating the corresponding date of update.

When a modification negatively and significantly affects the access to or use of a contracted digital content or service, the user will have the rights recognized by the applicable regulations, including, where appropriate, the right to terminate the contract at no cost.

The modifications will not be applied retroactively to the detriment of rights already acquired, nor will they alter the conditions of previously contracted services when this is not legally appropriate.

L.2 Electronic communications and official channels

The user accepts that the communications necessary for the management of their account, reservations and contracted services may be carried out by electronic means.

IF7SPORTS may use, among others, the following channels:

• Application notifications;
• email address associated with the account;
• communications within the platform;
• phone or messaging when necessary.

While the user maintains an active account, they must provide and keep updated at least one valid means of contact that allows IF7SPORTS to send them theoperational, contractual, security or informational communications necessary for the proper provision of the service.

These communications may include, among others:

• confirmations, modifications or cancellations of reservations;
• changes in field, schedule or conditions of an event;
• incidents related to matches or contracted services;
• communications relating to payments, refunds or wallet transactions;
• security notices or account access;
• account suspensions, restrictions, or verifications;
• relevant modifications to these Terms and Conditions;
• substantial changes in contracted services or functionalities necessary for their use;
• and any other communication necessary to manage the contractual relationship between the user and IF7SPORTS.

These communications are not advertising or promotional in nature and are part of the provision and management of the service. Therefore, as long as the account remains active and the communication is necessary for this relationship, the user cannot individually disable receiving them.

The user may unsubscribe from thecommercial or promotional communicationsthat are not necessary for the provision of the service, using the mechanisms enabled for this purpose. Canceling commercial communications will not affect the receipt of necessary operational or contractual communications.

If the user does not wish to receive any communication necessary for the management of their account, they may request its deletion or closure, without prejudice to those communications that IF7SPORTS must keep or make to comply with legal obligations or resolve pending operations.

L.3 Separability of clauses

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by a competent authority, such circumstance will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The affected clause shall be interpreted or adapted, where legally possible, in a way that approximates its original purpose while respecting applicable regulations.

L.4 No waiver of rights

The failure of IF7SPORTS to immediately exercise any right, power or action provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a definitive waiver of such right.

The partial or occasional exercise of a right will not prevent its subsequent exercise when legally appropriate.

L.5 Contractual Integrity

These Terms and Conditions, together with the specific conditions applicable to certain services, the conditions of the bonuses, the Legal Bases of promotions or raffles, the Privacy Policy and other documents expressly incorporated or made available to the user, regulate the relationship between IF7SPORTS and its users with respect to the corresponding services.

When there is a specific condition applicable to a particular product, promotion, bonus or service, that condition will prevail over the general rules only in what it specifically regulates.

L.6 Interpretation favorable to consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be intended to exclude, limit or reduce the rights of consumers and users under applicable mandatory regulations.

When a provision allows for several interpretations, it must be applied in a manner compatible with the legally recognized rights of the user.

L.7 Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

When the user has the status of consumer or user, any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that are competent according to the applicable regulations, without the provisions of these Terms limiting the jurisdiction rights that legally correspond to him.

When the user does not have the status of a consumer and the regulations allow express agreement on the competent jurisdiction, the parties may submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to the applicable legislation.

L.8 Customer service and dispute resolution

Users may submit inquiries, complaints, or requests related to IF7SPORTS services through the official customer service channels indicated in these Terms and Conditions.

IF7SPORTS will endeavor to analyze and respond to claims in a reasonable manner, taking into account the circumstances of each case.

The foregoing does not limit the user’s right to resort to consumer agencies, alternative dispute resolution systems or jurisdictional bodies that are competent according to the applicable regulations.

L.9 Validity and termination of the relationship

These Terms and Conditions will remain applicable as long as the user maintains an active account or uses IF7SPORTS services.

The user may request the deletion of their account in accordance with the procedures enabled by IF7SPORTS, without prejudice to the obligations, balances, claims or liabilities that must be maintained or resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations.

IF7SPORTS may suspend or cancel an account when any of the causes provided for in these Terms and Conditions occur, especially in cases of serious or repeated breach, fraud, risk to the safety of other users or unlawful use of the platform.

The termination or cancellation of the account will not automatically affect the economic rights validly acquired by the user or the obligations or responsibilities that, by their nature or by legal provision, must be maintained subsequently.

L.10 Correction of material errors

The IF7SPORTS App, website and other channels may occasionally contain typographical, technical, display, calculation errors or inaccurate information.

IF7SPORTS may correct such errors when they are detected.

When the error significantly affects a reservation, price, purchase, balance, promotion, statistic, ranking or other right or condition applicable to the user, IF7SPORTS will take the reasonable steps necessary to correct the incident, respecting legally acquired rights and, where appropriate, informing the affected user.

The correction of a material error may not be used to retroactively alter, to the detriment of the user, validly acquired contractual conditions when this is not legally permissible.
