At IF7SPORTS, we want to offer you the best amateur football experience on and off the field.

That’s why we’ve launched a major update to our Ranking and Statistics System that not only assesses your performance, but also your athletic attitude.

🔥 New User Profile Section with Personalized Statistics

With this update, your profile now displays more comprehensive information about your progress as a player.

📋 New Level and Position Form

When you create your account or log in (current users), you’ll see a form where you can select:

• ✅ Your favorite position on the field.
• ✅ Your estimated playing level, which will serve as a starting point for the system.

📊 Level and Color System

Your level is displayed on a scale of 1 to 99 with a colored bar based on your rank:

👉 Before each match, everyone will be able to see your level and know who they’re playing against.

📊 ELO Ranking System (EP)

We’ve adapted the well-known ELO System to fit the philosophy and dynamics of IF7SPORTS. We call it EP (ELO Points), and it’s updated after each event taking multiple factors into account.

What factors influence your ranking?

• ✅ Match result (win, draw, or loss).
• ✅ Player level (scale from 0 to 99).
• ✅ Goals scored or conceded, depending on your position.
• ✅ Attitude during the match (differentiating factor).
• 🚫 Inactivity penalty: If you don’t play for 15 days, you’ll lose points. Stay active!

👉 This system accurately reflects your actual performance and evolution as a player.

💪 Attitude: the factor that makes you stand out

At IF7SPORTS, your attitude on the pitch is just as important as your technical stats.

That’s why your attitude (rated from 1 to 5) is directly part of the formula that determines how many EPs you gain or lose.

How does attitude impact your ranking?

• A high attitude (4 or 5) multiplies the positive effect of your performance.
• A low attitude (1 or 2) limits your point gains or increases your losses.

👉 In short: playing well + positive attitude = more EP.

👉 Playing well but with a bad attitude = less progress.

Real-life example:

• Two players score the same number of goals and their team wins.
• Player A (attitude = 5): climbs the rankings more.
• Player B (attitude = 2): climbs little or not at all.

Conclusion: At IF7SPORTS, attitude matters.

📈 New statistics on your profile

Now, on your profile, you can see a complete overview of your progress as a player:

• ✅ Win Rate (win percentage).
• ✅ Goals (for forwards, midfielders, and defenders).
• ✅ Goals conceded (for goalkeepers).
• ✅ Goal Rate (average goals per game).
• ✅ Level history and progress.

Profile views:

• 📱 Public view: last 10 events.
• 🔒 Private view: filters by 10, 25, or 50 events, month, and year.

👉 You can check how you’re progressing and brag about your progress.

🧓 Fair system: age also counts

Our system also takes your age range into account when setting the starting level.

👉 This ensures that the competition is fair for all ages.
