1. Restrictions

Deleting before 24 hours before the start of a match

The user can delete himself from the event in which he is confirmed, up to 24 hours before the start of the event.

Requesting a change

You can request a change within 24 hours before the start of the match, you must go to the event, click on your profile and “Request a change” in the player options.

The change will be visible to other users once the event is full.
If you have friends signed up, you can only request a change for your friends. When they are replaced, you can request a change for yourself.
In case of replacement, the refund policy will be applied according to the payment method. Refunds are not made to the card, only to the wallet.
Otherwise, that is, if no user can replace you, you will have to attend the event. In case of non-attendance, the non-attendance policy will apply to you.
You can cancel the change request, if you have not yet been replaced.

Non-attendance Policy

As you are registered, you are not allowed to miss. If any unforeseen event arises (work, accident, injury, etc…) and no substitute is found, you must use the CHANGE option, in this way We will try to find a substitute, if no one takes your place, unfortunately you will be charged for the match.

✅ All refunds will be made to your IF7SPORTS wallet. ✅ In the case of bonuses, you will receive a proportional refund of the payment of the same, valid for limited bonuses. 🙏 Thank you for letting us know since the attendance of all registered players is vital for a good gaming experience.

Cancellation and event changes

It is important to have the App or web notifications activated, also to have a frequent email active since when it is cancelled or there is a change in the event, it is notified by these means.

Remember: We need a minimum of 12 people with a green check one hour before the match ✅ (confirmed) to play the match.

People who have the question mark ❓ are in unconfirmed status.

In the event of an event cancellation, we will recommend nearby matches at a similar time and the refund will go directly to the IF7SPORTS 🪙 wallet so you can use it for your next match.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not made to the card, only to the wallet.

Conduct in the sports center

Smoking tobacco or consuming any type of illicit substances within the sports facilities is strictly prohibited.

Penalty

Accounts and vouchers are non-transferable and are intended exclusively for the personal use of the registered user. It is prohibited to transfer or share vouchers with another person, and each profile must be duly verified, including a legible photograph of the user for identification.

If a user maintains a debt in their account and creates a new account to avoid payment, one of the accounts will be cancelled and the outstanding balance will be added to the oldest account, along with a penalty of €1 for attempted debt evasion.

2. Duties

Check the event board before leaving

Before leaving for any game, you must check the board or comments of the game for any last-minute changes and confirm that there is a game. In case of suspending a game, it will be due to a lack of players. 1 hour before the game, we need a minimum of 12 people confirmed with a green check √ to register the game. Those with a ”?” symbol are not confirmed.

Meeting point

You must be there 15 minutes before the game to dress, make the teams, warm up and pay. You must verify your attendance and payment on the lists with the organizer. Punctuality has its rewards. You will get 1 point for each game you arrive on time (at least 10 minutes before the start). To receive the point, ask the organizer for the QR code at the event location.

If you have more than one consecutive game, you will only receive the punctuality point for the first game of the day.

When you accumulate 20 points, €5 is automatically credited to your wallet to use in future matches.

Clothing

It is important that all players bring the following items to each match: red and blue shirt, short-studded boots, shorts, football socks and shin guards, if possible.

To be able to organize a match you must sign up at least 48H to 24H in advance, if possible much earlier, better, the minimum number of players to play a match is 12 people confirmed with a green check √

Weather

At IF7SPORTS there are no excuses! So whether it’s cold 🥶, sunny ☀️, raining 🌧️ or snowing ❄️, we do sports ⚽️. Except for extreme conditions, matches are not suspended. In case a match is cancelled, a notification and email will be sent no later than 1 hour before the event, it is important to have IF7SPORTS notifications activated on mobile and web.

Waiting list

If the match is full you can click on “🔔 Notify me” at the bottom of the full events or within the event in the information section. >Options >Add me to the waiting list.

The waiting list does not have priority, if you decide to go to the field you will not be able to play unless one of the players on the list is missing.

3. Organization

Fairplay

In an environment of respect and sportsmanship, “Gente de buen rollo” reserves the right of admission. Clear fouls must be recognized and pointed out by the players themselves, always in an obvious manner and agreed upon by all teammates.

The use of insults, mockery, fouls with bad intentions, spitting or any type of aggression is strictly prohibited. Any of these behaviors could be considered as grounds for immediate expulsion.

Sports equipment

We have balls, orange and blue vests, pumps, etc. that will be for the exclusive use of our users. We have sports clothing for sale, ask the organizer. We offer sports equipment at the best price.

Level

You can evaluate your teammates after each game by clicking on their profile, each user will have a general average of their level and aptitude on the field.

Important: The user who signs up for an event with an unlimited bonus and does not attend it, will automatically be charged a debt to the IF7SPORTS wallet for the value of the amount of the match.

No refunds are made for the purchase of any voucher, in exceptional cases where the user’s continuity is compromised in the app events due to injuries, the user must notify customer service and their voucher may be frozen for a single time.

6. Disclaimer of Liability for Injuries

By using the IF7SPORTS application and participating in sports activities organized or managed through our platform, the user accepts that the practice of sports carries inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury.

IF7SPORTS, as the platform provider, facilitates the organization and management of sports activities, but assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident or personal or material damage that may occur during participation in such activities.

Responsibility of Clubs and Sports Centers

Each club, sports center or sports facility that is managed or booked through IF7SPORTS is responsible for maintaining its facilities in safe and suitable conditions for the practice of sports. In the event of any incident or injury arising from unsafe conditions, lack of maintenance or negligence by the club or sports center, the responsibility falls on said establishment. Users are advised to review the insurance policies and coverage of each facility before participating in any activity.

Personal Insurance

It is strongly recommended that users have medical and accident insurance to cover possible injuries arising from the practice of sports. Each user assumes the responsibility of having the necessary coverage and taking appropriate precautions to reduce the risk of injury.

By registering on the IF7SPORTS platform and using our services, the user accepts the conditions described above and assumes full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during the use of the facilities or participation in sports activities managed through our platform.

IF7SPORTS disclaims any liability arising from negligence or breach of safety conditions by clubs or sports centres.
