Terms and Conditions

The sports and field rental sector is subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond IF7SPORTS’ control. Occasionally, field owners or managers may cancel a booking even on the day of the event, which could lead to the cancellation of a match due to reasons beyond the platform’s control.

Although IF7SPORTS works constantly to minimize these situations, by registering for a match, the user accepts this condition and agrees to keep notifications and the email associated with their account active, as these are the official channels through which IF7SPORTS will communicate any changes, issues, or cancellations.

A) Events

Event:

An event is defined as any match organized through the IF7SPORTS application, with a pre-established date, time, and location, in which IF7SPORTS acts as the organizer and provider of the necessary equipment, including balls, bibs, and other required sports gear.

The event has a scheduled duration of one (1) hour, which includes the initial setup time, which may vary between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes. This time depends exclusively on the punctuality and attendance of all invited players.

Prices:

All prices shown in the application include Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes. The amount displayed to the user is the final price to be paid.

Organizer:

An IF7SPORTS-authorized member responsible for coordinating and supervising events on the field. Their role includes verifying player attendance, organizing teams, managing assigned sports equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations, punctuality, and rules of conduct.

User:

Any individual over 16 years of age who registers on the IF7SPORTS application, creates a personal account, and uses the services offered, whether to reserve individual spots, purchase vouchers, or participate in sporting events. The user accepts these terms and conditions upon registration and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Access to Event History and Profile Creation:

Upon registering on the application, each user obtains a personal profile where their event participation history is stored, including matches played, dates, results, behavior, and athletic performance.

The profile allows the user to view their statistics, track their progress, and access information about their level within the IF7SPORTS community.

Statistics:

Statistics are the data collected by the platform regarding the user’s performance in events organized by IF7SPORTS. The main indicators include:

• Total number of matches played

• Team match results (wins, draws, or losses)

• In daily and PRO matches, goalkeepers will receive an individual goal conceded score.

• Only in PRO matches, players will receive an individual goal scored score (for all users who are NOT goalkeepers).

• MVP nominations and MVP awards won

• Sportsmanship and attitude ratings

These statistics are updated periodically and may be displayed in full or in part on the user’s profile, depending on the privacy settings and the platform’s internal policies.

Level:

The level represents the overall rating of the user’s sporting performance within the IF7SPORTS system.

It is calculated at the end of an event based on various factors, such as:

• Results obtained in events (wins, draws, or losses).

• On-field attitude and behavior (fair play rating).

• Average skill level of both teams.

• Goals scored (PRO Events) and goals conceded for the goalkeeper position (Daily and PRO Events)

• Rank assigned by the organizer.

• Skill level and statistics are used as a reference to assign balanced matches and determine access to more demanding events, such as PRO Events.

Daily Events:

These are events held every day of the year on different fields and at different times.

These events include equipment for the match, such as balls, bibs, and a pump. They also include access to a personal profile, where you can view your event history, results, skill level, and statistics.

Services in this mode:

• Access to event history and profile creation

• Statistics and skill level. Losses, wins, and draws will be recorded.

• Bibs

• Balls in good condition

• Field reservation

• Organizer

• Support

PRO Events:

Pro Events are the highest level of matches organized by IF7SPORTS. Designed for the most committed, technically skilled, and competitive players.

Requirements to enter a Pro Event

• Level 40 or higher (Competitive) for players and Level 30 or higher for goalkeepers.

• Attitude 3 or higher for players.

• At least 20 MVP nominations or 1 MVP award won.

• Minimum of 5 matches played in the app.

Player performance and commitment will be re-evaluated periodically. If the level drops, access to Pro Events may be lost.

Additional services in this mode

• Statistics and level. Losses, wins, draws, and individual goals will be recorded.

• Pre-game lineup

• Numbered bibs

• Balls in excellent condition

• Level filter to ensure the most balanced match possible.

• Some PRO events may include recordings, photographs, and/or interviews conducted during or after the match.

Important: In these types of matches, adding friends is not permitted.

Competition Format – IF7KING LEAGUE:

The IF7KING LEAGUE brings together different competition formats designed to offer dynamic, competitive, and high-level experiences within amateur soccer.

Among its formats are King of the Court, The League, and The League – World Cup Edition, all with the same objective: to foster sportsmanship, team strategy, and healthy competition.

In these events, teams will consist of nine (9) players and will play short matches—between ten (10) and fifteen (15) minutes—using round-robin or single-elimination systems, depending on the specific format of each edition. Participation in any of these formats involves the accumulation of official statistics, including goals, assists, wins, losses, and individual performance, which will form part of each player’s record within the IF7SPORTS community.

All competitions will include video and photo sessions, as well as awards for champions, runners-up, top scorers, MVP, and goalkeepers with the fewest goals conceded.

A.1 Early Registration for Events

To ensure proper organization, users must register for matches at least twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours in advance, although registering earlier is preferable.

Waiting List:

If an event is full, users can register using the “Notify me” or “Add me to the waiting list” option.

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee priority participation. If a player arrives at the field without being called up, they will only be able to participate if one of the confirmed players is absent.

A.2 Event Confirmation and Attendance

Mandatory Verification Before the Match

It is mandatory to check notifications and email, event comments, and the participant list at least one (1) hour before the event starts.

The match will take place if, at least sixty (**60) minutes before the start, there are twelve (**12) confirmed players with a green checkmark (✓ green)**.

Users with a question mark (?) are considered unconfirmed and do not count towards the minimum.

Withdrawing from an Event / Early Cancellation of Attendance at an Event

More than 24 Hours in Advance:

Users may cancel their participation in an event for which they are confirmed up to 24 hours before the start of the event. After this period, cancellation without a replacement will not be possible.

Within 24 hours of a match start:

Users who wish to withdraw from an event at short notice have the option to request a change so that someone else can take their place by following these steps:

1. Access the event in which you are confirmed.

2. Click on your profile within the event.

3. Select the “Request Change” option in the player menu.

Conditions for withdrawing within 24 hours of a match / requesting a change:

• The change request will only be visible to other users when the event is full.

• If the user has friends registered for the event, they can only request the change on behalf of those friends. Once they have been replaced, they can request the change for themselves.

• If you are replaced by another player, the immediate refund policy will be applied to your virtual wallet.

• If no substitute is found, the user must attend the event. Failure to attend will result in the application of the absence policy.

• The change request can be canceled as long as the user has not yet been replaced.

Icons associated with the request:

• Request visible: the event is full and the spot is available to be filled by another user.

• Request pending: the event is not yet full and the request is not active.

A.3 Punctuality and meeting point

• Participants should arrive at the meeting point preferably ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes early to get dressed, organize their teams, warm up, and confirm their attendance and payment with the organizer.

• Each player who arrives at least ten (10) minutes early will receive 1 punctuality point.

• The point is recorded using a QR code provided by the organizer on the field.

• If several consecutive matches are played on the same day, only one punctuality point will be awarded for the first match.

• Point accumulation: Upon reaching 20 points, five euros (€5) will be automatically credited to the user’s wallet for future bookings.

A.4 Required Attire

All players must wear the appropriate kit:

• Red and blue jerseys (one of each color)
• Boots suitable for the field where they have signed up (short studs/micro-studs/plain)
• Shorts
• Soccer socks
• Shin guards (recommended)

A.5 Event Cancellations and Changes

An event may be cancelled if:

1. The minimum number of players is not reached
2. Weather conditions are extreme
3. The field managers cancel the booking due to maintenance, lighting issues, or reasons beyond IF7SPORTS’ control.

It is important that users keep app notifications enabled and have a working email address that they check frequently. Any cancellations or changes to events will be communicated through these channels.

In case of event cancellation:

• Alternative matches in similar locations and times will be recommended.

• The amount corresponding to the canceled event will be immediately refunded to the virtual wallet, so it can be used for future matches.

• The user may request a refund to their bank account in case of definitive cancellation of the event or if they do not wish to use the credit, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in the LGDCU (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

Weather conditions

Events will proceed under rain or moderate heat. They will be suspended due to official weather alerts, thunderstorms, ice, or other conditions that compromise safety.

If a match is canceled, users will receive a notification and email no later than one hour before the start, with the corresponding refund to their virtual wallet.

B) Anti-Violence, Discrimination, and Misconduct Policy

IF7SPORTS promotes a sporting environment based on respect, inclusion, and fair play. Any form of physical or verbal violence, as well as acts of discrimination, harassment, or disrespect, are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties and suspension.

B.1 General Prohibited Conduct During the Event

The following are considered serious offenses and may result in immediate expulsion and/or partial or permanent account suspension:

• Physically or verbally assaulting other players, organizers, or spectators.

• Spitting or committing violent acts.

• Using offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.

• Making intimidating, provocative, or mocking gestures or behaviors.

• Intentionally damaging facilities, sports equipment, or other people’s property.

B.2 At the Sports Facilities or Center:

Conduct

Smoking or consuming any type of illicit substance is strictly prohibited within the sports facilities used for events.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the event and the possible suspension of the offending user’s account.

Left Behind Items

Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, sports equipment, and clothing. IF7SPORTS is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items during or after events.

B.3 Sanctions and/or Penalties

Sanctions will be applied in proportion to the severity of the offense and may include:

Procedure

Incidents will be evaluated by the IF7SPORTS Disciplinary Committee, which will analyze the facts and apply the corresponding sanction.

The user may submit appeals by email to info@if7sports.com within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from the notification of the sanction.

Commitment

By participating in events, the user agrees to behave in accordance with the principles of respect, equality, and fair play, and acknowledges that any breach may result in disciplinary sanctions in accordance with this policy.

Contact customer support once the suspension period has ended to request account unlocking.

B.4 Use of Sports Equipment

IF7SPORTS provides balls, bibs, pumps, and other sports equipment for exclusive use at organized events. Sports apparel is also available for purchase; please inquire with the organizer.

• The user agrees to take care of the equipment provided by IF7SPORTS for the proper conduct of the sporting event and will be responsible for any associated costs for loss or damage.

• Misuse of the provided equipment (e.g., intentionally tearing a bib) will result in a financial penalty corresponding to the value of the damage to the equipment or facility and permanent account suspension. - Throwing a ball out of bounds without justification, with inappropriate conduct, or as a form of aggression will result in a penalty of five euros (€5). The user will be responsible for retrieving the ball, and if it cannot be retrieved, the penalty will be ten euros (€10).

• Throwing a ball out of bounds before the start of the match (warm-up) implies the user’s responsibility to retrieve it. If the ball cannot be retrieved, the user must pay a penalty of ten euros (€10).

B.5 Account Use

• Accounts and bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They are intended exclusively for the use of the registered user.

• It is prohibited to assign, share, or transfer bonuses to other people. Each profile must be verified with a clear and legible photograph that allows for the player’s identification.

• If a user accumulates a debt on their account and creates a new account to avoid payment: One of the accounts will be canceled, the outstanding balance will be transferred to the original account, and an additional penalty of five euros (€5) will be applied for the attempted evasion.

• IF7SPORTS reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules of conduct and use.

Account Deletion:

In the event of a serious violation of our rules, IF7SPORTS will retain encrypted identifiers (such as email address or phone number) for up to three years, solely for the purpose of preventing the same user from registering again.

B.6 Image Rights and Broadcasting

The user accepts the capture and dissemination of images and video at events (photography, live broadcasting) for informational and promotional purposes of IF7SPORTS. For individualized commercial uses, specific consent will be obtained. For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy.

The user may object at any time to the use of their image for promotional purposes by sending a request to info@if7sports.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

C) Ranking System, Statistics, and Sportsmanship:

IF7SPORTS has implemented a ranking and statistics system with the aim of offering a fair playing experience, aligned with the values ​​of amateur sport.

C.1 Player Evaluation

By participating in our events, users agree that their performance and behavior on the field will be recorded and evaluated in their personal profile. The system takes into account:

• Match result (win, draw, or loss) and individual performance (win percentage, etc.). In PRO events, individual goals will be counted.

• Position on the field and estimated skill level

• Active participation. Inactivity exceeding fifteen (15) days penalizes the ranking.

• Sportsmanship, rated on a scale of one (1) to five (5).

C.2 Importance of Attitude

Attitude during gameplay is a key factor within the system. A positive attitude rated four (4) or five (5) improves the player’s ranking progression. Conversely, a negative attitude rated one (1) or two (2) limits potential point gains or may even hinder progress, regardless of technical performance.

C.3 Age Fairness

The system considers the user’s age range to establish the initial skill level, ensuring balanced competition for all players.

C.4 Privacy and Display

User profiles display public statistics for the last ten (10) events and private statistics with advanced filters by number of events, month, or year.

IF7SPORTS may publicly display players’ skill levels, statistics, and rankings for informational and motivational purposes within the community.

C.5 Participation Conditions

By creating an account and participating in matches organized by IF7SPORTS, the user agrees that their attitude and performance will be evaluated as part of the statistics and ranking system, for the benefit of a sporting experience based on respect, continuous improvement, and fair competition.

C.6 Results Registration and Validation

Match results are entered manually by the organizers at the end of each event.

Due to the volume of matches and the simultaneous management of multiple matches, unintentional errors may occur in the results registration.

IF7SPORTS cannot manually modify or correct results once they are recorded in the system, as this information is automatically generated for calculating player statistics and levels.

We recommend that all users, at the end of each match, record their team’s color and the match result in the event comments and verify this with the event organizer afterward.

This way, we can minimize errors when closing events and ensure that the statistics are recorded correctly. Remember that matches usually continue immediately, so maintaining a smooth and timely flow is key for each event to run as smoothly as possible.

D) Bonuses and Applicable Terms

Passes are packages of individual places or temporary subscriptions purchased by the user to participate in events organized by IF7SPORTS. Passes may have different terms of use, duration, and availability, which are specified for each type (for example, Morning Pass, 10-Day Pass, Monthly Pass, Annual Pass, etc.). Use of a pass implies acceptance of the specific terms and conditions associated with that product.

  Important: To guarantee the quality of play and availability, a maximum of 2 matches per day per person is established.

• UNLIMITED MORNINGS MONTHLY PASS

  Duration: 30 Days from purchase

  Hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)

  Includes: Unlimited matches

  Facilities: Valid only at (Canal, Newman, Madrid Río, and Chopera)

  Condition: Maximum 2 matches per day

  Required: Front-facing photo taken by the organizer

  Important: To guarantee quality play and availability, a maximum of 2 matches per day per person is established.

• ANNUAL PASS

  Gift: A red or blue jersey with your chosen name and number

  Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase

  Valid Hours: All day

  Days: Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

  Includes: Unlimited matches

  Facilities: Valid at any facility

  Required: Front-facing photo taken by the organizer

  Important: To ensure quality play and availability, a maximum of 2 matches per day per person is established.

D.1 Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Passes

IF7SPORTS unlimited passes are designed to offer players the opportunity to enjoy frequent matches in an organized and equitable environment. However, their use is subject to a fair use policy that guarantees the availability of slots for all members of the community.

Daily Usage Limit

Each user may participate in a maximum of two (2) matches per day, regardless of the number of available events. This policy aims to maintain service quality and allow for player rotation across different times and fields.

No-Shows

If a user books a match using an unlimited pass and does not attend without prior notice or a confirmed substitute, their IF7SPORTS wallet will be automatically charged the standard match fee for that time slot.

No-Show Cap

To prevent the misuse of unlimited bookings, a maximum limit of three (3) no-shows per month is established.

Once this limit is reached:

• The user may have their access to new bookings restricted for three (3) calendar days.

• In case of repeated offenses or continued abuse, IF7SPORTS may temporarily or permanently suspend the unlimited bonus, without the right to a refund.

User Commitment

The use of an unlimited bonus implies the player’s commitment to attend the reserved events punctually and to cancel with sufficient notice if unable to attend, using the tools enabled in the application (for example, the option to withdraw from an event more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or the “Change Request” option if within twenty-four (24) hours prior).

Monitoring and Compliance

IF7SPORTS reserves the right to monitor the use of unlimited passes and to take the necessary measures if it detects behavior that disrupts the proper functioning of events or their availability to other users.

D.2 Access to PRO matches with passes

Users with an active pass can access PRO events organized by IF7SPORTS.

Adding friends is not permitted in these types of matches.

Access to PRO events will be limited to the time slots included in the purchased pass. For example, if a user has an Annual Morning Pass, they will only be able to access PRO events that take place within those hours.

D.3 Suspension Policy for Serious Offenses by Subscribed Users

Any user who engages in aggressive conduct, whether physical or verbal, attempts at fraud, or any act that may harm other users, sports facilities, or IF7SPORTS, may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

In these cases, there will be no right to a refund or compensation for unused services.

D.4 Discount on Passes for Goalkeepers

Goalkeepers: Users with the goalkeeper position receive a 50% discount on any of our passes.

A user who purchases a goalkeeper pass cannot subsequently change their position to outfield player to use that pass.

If you wish to participate in an event as an outfield player, you must purchase the corresponding spot separately, as the goalkeeper pass is exclusive to that position.

E) No-Show and Lateness Policy

Refunds for event cancellations or payment issues are generated immediately in the virtual wallet, allowing the user to use the amount instantly to book another event.

Bank account refunds may take between 1 and 10 business days to appear, due to the processing times of the payment gateway (Stripe) and the banks.

The user can request a refund to their bank account through our customer service channels, provided it is within the legal period of 14 calendar days.

After this period, no refunds will be issued to bank accounts.

E.1 Penalty for No-Show with a Pass:

If a user with an unlimited pass confirms their attendance and does not attend, their IF7SPORTS wallet will be automatically charged the amount of the match corresponding to the missed match. In case of injury/illness, a medical examination may be requested with a medical certificate.

Once the place is filled, a refund proportional to the amount paid will be issued, valid only for limited-time passes.

E.2 Penalty for non-attendance with individual payment:

Once confirmed for an event, absence without prior notice is not permitted.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (work, personal, or health-related) within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event, the user must use the “Change Request” option.

If a substitute cannot be found, the cost of the event will still be charged to your virtual wallet.

All refunds for change requests, in the event that a substitute is found, will be issued exclusively to the virtual wallet.

E.3 Penalty for Repeated Absences with a Pass or Individual Ticket:

In case of repeated absences, that is, missing more than two (2) events without prior notice or requesting a change with less than two (2) hours’ notice—making it impossible to find a substitute—the account will be suspended for seven (7) days.

The suspension can only be lifted by paying a penalty of five euros (€5).

In case of a second violation of this rule, the account will be suspended for fifteen (15) days and can only be reactivated by paying a penalty of ten euros (€10).

E.4 Penalty for Late Arrival with a Pass or Individual Ticket:

Punctuality is essential for the proper conduct of the matches.

Arriving at the field more than ten (≥ 10) minutes after the official start time is considered “late arrival.” The player will start the match in the goalkeeper position for the first seven (7) to eight (8) minutes. Repeat offenses will result in temporary account suspensions of one (1) to three (3) days. This suspension can only be lifted with a five euro (€5) penalty.

E.5 Penalty for Missing a Match with Guests:

Attending the events you sign up for is essential to ensure all participants enjoy a complete experience. At IF7SPORTS, we offer the option to invite friends to matches; however, this responsibility comes with a commitment.

Failure to attend an event to which you have invited others will result in a first warning. In case of repeated offenses, your account will be suspended for fifteen (15) days, and you will be charged a penalty of two euros (€2) for each guest who did not attend.

These measures are in place because the absence of players prevents the match from being played with the minimum number of participants required, directly impacting the experience for the other attendees.

F) Cancellation and Refund Policy

F.1 Cancellation and Refunds for Vouchers

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), the user has the right to cancel the purchase of a voucher within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not yet begun to use the service or make reservations associated with it.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

Pursuant to Article 103 of the same legal text, the right of cancellation will not apply if:

The user has begun to use the service (for example, by booking or participating in an event or service).

F.2 Cancellation of Individual Places

For places with a specific date and time, in accordance with Article 103 of the LGDCU, the user has the right to cancel the purchase of a voucher within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. 103.l LGDCU**, **there is no right of withdrawal**.

F.3 Refunds for match cancellations by IF7SPORTS

With individual booking:

If, for reasons beyond IF7SPORTS’ control, a match is suspended without prior notice, the corresponding refund will be issued to the user’s virtual wallet immediately and, additionally, compensation in credits equivalent to the value of the affected match will be granted, which can be used for future bookings.

The user can request the refund to their bank account, provided it is within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase of the service and no additional bookings have been made with the same service.

With a booking using a voucher:

If a match is cancelled by IF7SPORTS, when the booking was made using a voucher, the refund will be processed automatically, and the cancelled match will be credited back to the available match balance of the corresponding voucher.

In case of cancellation without prior notice, the corresponding bonus will be refunded to the available match balance, and compensation equivalent to the value of the affected match will be credited to your virtual wallet for use in future bookings.

F.4 Refunds for absences by the assigned event organizer:

If the assigned organizer does not appear at the event, players are entitled to a full refund of the event fee and compensation equivalent to the value of the match paid for, credited to their virtual wallet.

If the organizer arrives more than ten (**≥ 10) minutes late to the event and the event starts twenty (20) minutes late or more, players are entitled to a partial refund equivalent to the unplayed time.

F.5 Refunds for User Absences from an Event:

If a match reaches the minimum number of users, but one or more participants do not attend, thus affecting the event, a refund will only be issued if the match is not played.

If the players present decide together to continue and play the match with those who attended, the event will be considered played, and therefore, no refund will be issued.

F.6 Refunds for Events Stopped or Suspended Due to Physical Assaults:

Since IF7SPORTS does not tolerate any type of physical or verbal violence at events, the organizer may suspend the match if one or more users engage in aggressive behavior that prevents the normal course of the event.

In these cases, no refunds, either full or partial, will be issued. A refund will only be issued if the aggressive behavior occurs at the start of the match and effectively prevents it from beginning.

F.7 Refunds for Registration in the Wrong Event:

The user is responsible for verifying, before registering, that the selected event corresponds to the desired event.

In case of erroneous registration, the user may cancel their participation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the event, in which case they will receive the amount paid immediately in their virtual wallet and may register for another event.

If notification is made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event, the user may request a change to their place, and the amount will be credited to their wallet once their place is filled.

These are the only methods available for managing erroneous registrations.

No refunds will be issued if the user cannot resolve the issue through the procedures established here.

This policy complies with the provisions of Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which exempts services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution from the right of withdrawal.

F.9 How to exercise your right of withdrawal for voucher or subscription purchases

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, the user must send an email to info@if7sports.com with the following information:

• Name and surname of the account holder
• Date of voucher purchase
• Name and description of the voucher purchased
• Express declaration of the intention to withdraw from the contract

Once the request is received, and after verifying that the voucher has not been used or associated with any booking, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the confirmation of the withdrawal.

F.10 Freezing Policy

In exceptional cases where the user’s continued participation is compromised due to health reasons, they must notify customer service, and their voucher may be frozen once only.

G) Accident and Medical Liability Insurance

IF7SPORTS has liability insurance that covers basic first aid during organized events, as well as ambulance transport to the nearest medical center in case of injury or accident during the activity. However, IF7SPORTS does not include individual sports accident or health insurance for participants. Therefore, each user participates at their own risk and assumes the potential risks inherent in the practice of the sport.

All players are advised to undergo a pre-event medical examination and, if they deem it necessary, to purchase personal accident or sports medical insurance that covers their participation in the activities.

G.1 Injuries or Accidents During the Event:

• In the event of a serious injury to a player, the event may be temporarily suspended to provide the necessary care and/or first aid to the affected individual.

• Since these situations are beyond the control of both the participants and the organizers, no refunds will be issued for time missed due to injury.

H) Online Store Terms of Use

H.1 Purpose of the Store

The online store integrated into the IF7SPORTS application allows registered users to purchase sports products, accessories, and other items related to the events offered on the platform.

H.2 Available Products

All products available in the store are presented with a detailed description, including features, available sizes, final price (VAT included), and delivery or collection conditions. IF7SPORTS reserves the right to update the catalog, prices, and availability without prior notice.

H.3 Purchase Procedure

To make a purchase in the online store, the user must:

• Log in to the app with their personal account.

• Select the desired product.

• Confirm the purchase using the enabled payment system.

• Receive an order confirmation via email or in-app notification.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made using:

• Credit or debit card.

• Other methods enabled in the app.

Payments are processed through secure platforms. IF7SPORTS does not directly store the user’s bank details.

Delivery or Collection

Products can be delivered:

At the event meeting point, by prior arrangement with the organizer, or collected at the offices located at: Paseo de los Jesuitas 20B, 28011

H.4 Exchanges and Returns

Products purchased in the online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days, provided that:

• They have not been used.

• They are in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is presented.

• Returns of personalized items or intimate apparel (such as socks or sports underwear) will not be accepted.

H.5 Warranty

In the event of an error related to the model, quantity, color, size, personalization, or print of the product, and this error is directly attributable to IF7SPORTS, we will act with the utmost speed and professionalism to offer the user a suitable solution.

Among the available options, you may:

• Reorder and resend the corrected order at no additional cost.

• Receive a refund of the amount paid using the agreed-upon method.

IF7SPORTS will handle each case individually, always striving for maximum user satisfaction and compliance with their consumer rights.

• Returns for withdrawal are not accepted on personalized products, in accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

• Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear of the product is excluded from the warranty.
