The use of the website grants you the status of User of the same (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms and Conditions published by IF7SPORTS at the time the User accesses the website. Consequently, the User is recommended to read them periodically, since they may be subject to modifications to adapt them to legislative and jurisprudential developments, a circumstance of which the User will be informed in advance.

The User undertakes to use the portal, the services, the contents and these General Conditions in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order. The User undertakes to use the portal, the services and the contents in a diligent, correct and lawful manner.

Image rights

I hereby assign, free of charge and exclusively, to IF7SPORTS all exploitation rights over my image in any activity, event or match organised and promoted by IF7SPORTS for an indefinite period of time and without limitation of geographical scope.

Specifically, IF7SPORTS has the right to disseminate the image obtained of my person through its own website, as well as the inclusion of the images in advertising/promotions, in IF7SPORTS’ commercial communications and in social networks/official accounts owned by IF7SPORTS.

All participants acknowledge that they can authorise the transfer of these rights to IF7SPORTS. As previously detailed in the Image Rights section.

Below, we provide you with information on data protection.

I consent to the transfer of personal data to IF7SPORTS for the use of my images to disseminate them under the terms described in this document.

We inform you that IF7SPORTS will be responsible for the data collected in this form, as well as the images captured at the event and transferred to IF7SPORTS through this document, which will be used to promote IF7SPORTS and the activities and events it manages, disseminating the images through the website and other media through which advertising is carried out. These images, as well as the data collected in this document, will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent you give us by filling out this form, as well as the ticking of the box in the case of acceptance of the transfer.

Finally, we inform you that you have rights in relation to the processing of data, including the right to portability, access, rectification, deletion or limitation of data and to withdraw your consent at any time. Description of the service

IF7SPORTS is a platform dedicated to amateur football athletes, where users sign up individually for 5-a-side, 6-a-side, 7-a-side, 8-a-side, 9-a-side and 11-a-side football events throughout the city of Madrid.

Minimum age to be a User

The use of the services offered by IF7SPORTS requires that the User has reached at least 16 (Sixteen) years of age.

Under no circumstances and under no exceptions will participation in any of the services offered by IF7SPORTS be permitted to minors under 16 years of age, even using the account of a correctly registered user (over 16 years of age), unless they have express authorization from their parents or guardians, which must be sent, along with a photocopy of their ID.

Free nature of the services provided on the website

The services that IF7SPORTS makes available to users are free of charge, and there is no premium service that requires a cost for users.

Registration

In order to participate in the IF7SPORTS community, it is necessary to register as a User of the page, for which we will request an email, identifier, password, name, surname and gender. Later you must include more data in profile options, validating your phone number in order to participate in the events of the app.

The User is the only person responsible for the information contained in his/her personal profile and for its veracity. IF7SPORTS cannot exhaustively control said information. However, if IF7SPORTS were to become aware that the User is violating current legislation through, for example, identity theft, it will immediately proceed to cancel his/her account.

Use of the services offered by IF7SPORTS

The User agrees to use the services offered by IF7SPORTS in accordance with current legislation, these General Conditions, the Specific Conditions that may be specified, where appropriate, for certain services and other notices and instructions made known to him/her, as well as with generally accepted morals and good practices and public order.

The User is solely responsible for the information contained in his/her personal profile, as well as for the personal information provided through the various means of communication with other users provided on the website, and must be aware of the possibility of viewing them by third parties.

The User shall refrain from using any of the services offered by IF7SPORTS for illegal purposes, or that harm the rights and interests of other users, third parties, or IF7SPORTS as the party responsible for www.if7sports.com.

The User shall be solely responsible for any illegal act or any act included in the aforementioned cases.

We are very interested in protecting the personal data of users and we inform you through this privacy policy about the treatment we make of them.

IF7SPORTS reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legal or jurisprudential developments. In such cases, the changes introduced will be announced on this page with reasonable advance notice of their implementation. IF7SPORTS has adopted the security levels for the protection of personal data required by the Regulations implementing Organic Law 15/1999 on the protection of personal data (Royal Decree 1720/2007). In addition, it seeks to install other additional technical means and measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.

The data supplied will be incorporated into a personal data file for which Israel Sevillano Calderón is responsible and which is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The communication of personal data implies the express acceptance of the User to its inclusion in the automated file.

IF7SPORTS will use your personal data for the purpose of enabling your participation in the social network and sending you communications related to the provision, improvement and updating of services.

IF7SPORTS may send you its own or third-party advertising not related to the service via email. You will be deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes if you do not express your opposition to such processing by sending an email to info@if7sports.com. IF7SPORTS will send you advertising about the services of third-party companies in the leisure, computing, video games, culture, insurance, financial services and home assistance sectors, only if you consent to it.

IF7SPORTS will not transfer the personal data you provide to third parties, except when such transfer has been expressly consented to by you. Advertising

IF7SPORTS may use cookies when a User browses its websites and web pages. The cookies that may be used on the website are only associated with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous User), and do not provide any personal data of the User. Cookies are used for internal purposes only, such as website access statistics. The cookies used cannot read cookie files created by other providers or websites. The User has the option of configuring their browser to be notified on screen of the receipt of cookies and to prevent the installation of cookies on their hard drive.

IF7SPORTS may send you its own or third-party advertising that we consider may be of interest to you. In order to offer you offers, products or services of interest, we will proceed to analyse the information provided by you in your profile to provide you with information that is only in line with your interests. Acceptance to receive this type of advertising implies your consent to the processing and analysis of the data provided in your profile to carry out such activity. Such analysis of your profile will not occur if you do not wish to receive advertising. If you do not wish to receive advertising, please send us an email to info@if7sports.com within seven calendar days after registering. During this period we will not send any commercial communications.

Content provided by the user

The User may express opinions or provide content through any of the means made available to them by IF7SPORTS so that other users or visitors of IF7SPORTS can access and use them. This content may be images, texts, opinions, photographs or videos, among others.

The User will be solely responsible for the content that they provide to IF7SPORTS and/or transmit to other users. In this regard, the User guarantees that they are the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights necessary to be able to publish and make available to other users and visitors the content provided to IF7SPORTS. Furthermore, the User guarantees that he/she has the right to grant and does in fact grant a free, irrevocable license, for the entire period permitted by law, non-exclusive, worldwide, free of charge, to use, copy, interpret, display, distribute the content provided to IF7SPORTS through www.if7sports.com and to create derivative works, or to incorporate the content in other works, as well as to grant and authorize licenses for all of the above.

In particular, and by way of example and not exhaustively, the User undertakes not to transmit, distribute or make available to third parties content that:

They are contrary to the right, honour, personal and family privacy or the image of people. They infringe the regulations regarding the confidentiality of communications. They are related to the advertising of sites that are the responsibility of IF7SPORTS or its advertisers. They are illegal, misleading or unfair advertising.

They prevent the normal operation of the network, the system, or the computer equipment of IF7SPORTS, third parties, or other users.

They cause difficulties in the normal operation of the services due to their characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.); IF7SPORTS reserves the right to remove from IF7SPORTS all those contents that are not in accordance with these General Conditions and/or with current legislation. In no case will IF7SPORTS be obliged to justify to the User the removal of contents from IF7SPORTS.

The User must refrain from accessing the content using programs, means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available to them for this purpose.

IF7SPORTS is in no way responsible for the content or opinions expressed by a User on www.if7sports.com, although it undertakes to eliminate insulting, defamatory or offensive comments once it becomes aware of their existence.

Intellectual and industrial property

All brands, trade names, logos, distinctive signs of any kind that appear on IF7SPORTS are the property of IF7SPORTS or third parties, and it cannot be understood that the use and access to IF7SPORTS and the use of its services grants the User any right over the aforementioned brands, trade names, logos and distinctive signs.

Likewise, the contents that are the intellectual property of IF7SPORTS or third parties may not be understood to be transferred to the User, by virtue of the provisions of these General Conditions, any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over said contents beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the IF7SPORTS services. The only intellectual property rights granted to the User are those inherent to the use of IF7SPORTS’ own services, commercial use being prohibited in any case.

Disclaimer of warranty and liability

IF7SPORTS does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of IF7SPORTS and its services. IF7SPORTS will endeavour to provide sufficient advance notice of any interruptions that may occur in the operation of IF7SPORTS and its services, whenever possible. IF7SPORTS also does not guarantee the usefulness of IF7SPORTS and its services for carrying out any specific activity, nor its infallibility and, in particular, although not exclusively, that Users can effectively use IF7SPORTS and its services.

IF7SPORTS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of IF7SPORTS and its services, or the failure of the utility that users may have attributed to IF7SPORTS and its services, to the reliability of IF7SPORTS and the services, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different web pages that make up IF7SPORTS.

Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the operation of the software, in relation to the contents, possibility of viruses and effectiveness of security measures.

IF7SPORTS does not guarantee:

The full effectiveness of the security measures adopted by IF7SPORTS. IF7SPORTS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to errors in the software or in the content, or to the presence of viruses that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of users.

IF7SPORTS does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the content. IF7SPORTS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the transmission, dissemination, storage, provision, reception, obtaining or access to the content, and in particular, although not exclusively, for damages that may be due to:

The lack of veracity, accuracy, exhaustiveness, relevance and/or timeliness of the content. The inadequacy for any kind of purpose and the disappointment of expectations generated by the content. Non-compliance, delay in compliance, defective compliance or termination for any reason of obligations contracted by third parties and contracts made with third parties through, or due to access to the contents. Defects and flaws of all kinds of content transmitted, distributed, stored, made available or otherwise transmitted or made available, received, obtained or accessed through IF7SPORTS or the services. Exclusion of guarantees and liability for services provided by third parties through IF7SPORTS. IF7SPORTS does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the services provided by third parties through IF7SPORTS that may cause alterations in the User’s computer system.

IF7SPORTS excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or the presence of other harmful elements in the services provided by third parties through IF7SPORTS that may cause alterations in the User’s computer system.

IF7SPORTS does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the services provided by third parties through IF7SPORTS.

IF7SPORTS excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the services provided by third parties through IF7SPORTS.

Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the use of IF7SPORTS, the services and the contents by the Users.

IF7SPORTS does not guarantee that users use the services and contents of IF7SPORTS in accordance with these general conditions. IF7SPORTS also does not guarantee the veracity of the data that users provide about themselves in their profile.

IF7SPORTS excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be caused by the use of the services and content by users that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, or authenticity of the information that users provide to IF7SPORTS, in particular, although not exclusively, for damages of any kind that may be caused by the impersonation of a third party by a User when using the services provided through IF7SPORTS.

Complaint to IF7SPORTS

In the event that any User, visitor, or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of any content on IF7SPORTS or its use, they must contact IF7SPORTS through info@if7sports.com or through the contact details indicated in IF7SPORTS and in these General Conditions, always indicating:

The personal details of the complainant (name, address, telephone number and email address) The alleged illicit activity carried out on IF7SPORTS and its motivation that reveal said illicit nature. Withdrawal and suspension of services IF7SPORTS may withdraw or suspend the provision of services at any time, with one month’s prior notice. Likewise, and without prior notice, the account of those users who fail to comply with the provisions of these General Conditions may be cancelled, subject to the refund of their outstanding balance.

Duration and termination

The provision of the services that IF7SPORTS provides through IF7SPORTS has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, IF7SPORTS is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of its services at any time, without prejudice to what has been established in this regard in the corresponding Specific Conditions. In any case, if possible, IF7SPORTS will give advance notice of the termination or suspension of any service or of all of them.

Applicable legislation

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.

The interpretation and resolution of any conflict that may arise from the User’s participation in the services of IF7SPORTS will be subject to the Spanish courts and tribunals of Madrid Capital.
